Having two little kids (boys!) plus living on a boat requires a lot of energy, patience, creativity…. Well… never-ending list…🤣 Few years ago I went to ayurveda doctor and he told me that dancing is my best meditation and it’s really good for me. 5 years later finally I need to agree with him 😎😈😂😁 And what is your best daily meditation?
